Shipping & Returns



US customers receive FREE domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for orders $250 or over. Some exclusions may apply. 

  • Once your package is delivered by the carrier Kindred is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.

  • International customers pay for shipping via DHL Express or FedEx, and cost will be calculated at checkout. The price of our products does not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

  • International deliveries that are refused and returned to sender will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.



    We offer FREE returns on all US orders. Some exclusions may apply.

    • We offer free US returns via USPS to ensure that trying Kindred is an enjoyable, risk free process. 
    • International customers are responsible for the cost of their return. You may use any shipping carrier you prefer. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available. 
    • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
    • Full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund within 10 days of date of delivery. After 10 days all sales are final. Returns can be made using the printed return label included inside your shipment (US orders only). Return package must include all original receipts, tags, and accompanying packaging. If you still have your order slip, please include that in the return shipment. If not, please write on a piece of paper your order number and include in shipment. We would also appreciate it if you could write on the slip the reason for return. All feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated!
    • All sale items are final sale. Items purchases using store credit are also final sale.
    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping.
    • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
    • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once your return has beed received.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any return item that does not meet our return policies.
    • If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for another item/size, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order to ensure that the item is still available on our site, as stock changes quickly.
